Cohere 2019 All User Conference
September 26-27, 2019
Hyatt Regency, Jersey City, NJ
Learn. Connect. Create Solutions.
Exxat is built on the principle that we’re stronger together. Our user conferences are where we put that principle into practice.
At Cohere, users congregate to share experiences and best practices, make suggestions, and enjoy the community of others in our fields. Speakers, workshops, break-out sessions, and one-on-one time with our team make Cohere one of the more valuable conferences you’ll attend all year.
And of course, no Exxat event would be complete without our signature good food and hospitality.
Expand your knowledge. Through presentations, breakout sessions, and one on one time, Cohere presents actionable information to optimize educational outcomes for you and your students
Ideas begin at Cohere. Enhanced First Come First Serve functionality. Our Exxat Approve document approval service. Expanding the reach of Exxat Cares. Who knows what we’ll come up with this year!
Clinical educators face unique challenges. Meet with other professionals who understand your struggles, successes, and ideas. This year we’ve introduced more small group opportunities.
Kick back, relax, and let us take care of you. It’s our pleasure to provide food and drinks, special diet accommodations, dinner out, good company, and an all-around good time.
New & Advanced Users Welcome!
“Cohere is for all user levels. Beginners gain familiarity with the product and network with more experienced users. More experienced users find fresh ideas and information. Be a part of discussions that make the product what it is today. Plus, the Exxat hospitality and ’customer first’ mindset is something you need to see first-hand!”

GLIMPSES OF COHERE 2019
Guest Speakers

While working full time treating mostly patients with brain injuries and strokes at a large trauma center, Miami Valley Hospital, he taught part-time in the University of Dayton’s Pre-PT and DPT programs. In 2010, he simply reversed that, becoming a full time faculty member for UD DPT and treating patients part-time at MVH…and still doing both today:) Sean started using Exxat in 2018. Exxat has tremendously improved the student experience – making information more accessible, streamlining selection processes, and completing post-clinical assessments. Happier students make for a happier CE Team!
Being a horse owner and former competitive rider, Stephanie spent a number of years taking care of her 2 horses, Hunter and Sinatra. It was right after Hunter’s passing at the ripe old age of 26 that Stephanie applied for the job at Columbia’s Program in Physical Therapy. Starting part-time in June of 2013, her role grew into being more than just an Administrative Assistant. She moved to full-time work and soon became an integral part of the DCE Team as the team’s Administrative Coordinator (an equal team of 3 who hand place students in each of their clinical rotations). She now also handles Alumni Relations as well as all things Exxat (STEPS and PLAN). She began using Exxat in 2015 and was truly amazed as to the speed with which placements, notifications, and slot requests could be managed. Still hoping for a CONFIRM button (Please, oh please!) so that sites receiving student placement notifications can easily produce confirmations (kind of like the Staples button: “That Was Easy”), Stephanie is eager to see what Exxat 4.0 will bring to the table!
Stephanie currently still lives in NYC with her rescue dog, Benny, and her 78-year-old mom, Nikki. She has a 21-year-old off-the-track thoroughbred named Winnie The Pooh who lives in Northeastern, PA, near her fiancé, Bob.
