The Director of Sales Operations reports to the executive leadership at Exxat. This position can work from the any remote location in United States. Supporting the leadership, the Director of Sales Operations plays a key management role by driving operational and strategic initiatives that support the delivery of the annual revenue plan. In collaboration with the sales leadership team, other division executives, and working closely with the CFO, the Director of Sales Operations delivers recurring reporting and analysis that improves revenue visibility, predictability and forecast accuracy for Exxat.

Responsibilities

  • Support the leadership with projects including data mining, data analysis, financial modeling, reporting and developing presentation materials.
  • Identifies and influences strategic improvement initiatives and serves as a representative or a project sponsor for operations group on projects. Develops, reviews and/or approves standard operating procedures as appropriate. Recommends and/or drives policy improvements.
  • Communicate to department heads such changes and modifications using appropriate communication tool(s)
  • Manage Sales Ops staffing, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and performance. Establish performance goals for each direct report
  • Drive annual strategic planning initiatives for sales org and support quota and comp plans development
  • Direct sales org process support/analysis initiatives (improve operational efficiencies and support revenue generation) to forecast and enable delivery of the annual plan revenue metrics
  • Design, improve and direct reporting and analysis so each group can have better visibility to whats working, what needs improvement and where everyone’s time and attention should be spent to maximize sales pipeline output
  • Design and implement new business processes relating the sales organization and the various supporting roles involved with sales
  • Work with internal development team in the creation and accuracy of reporting dashboards.
  • Direct timely and accurate sales org systems maintenance, enhancements, reporting and data visibility/predictability initiatives (provide accurate tracking and increase visibility).
  • Help manage and administer different systems used by the sales

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience from four-year college or university required
  • A minimum of five years progressive business experience including demonstrated success in leadership
  • Demonstrated success working with and presenting to leadership
  • Prior sales support experience preferred

Skills and Abilities

  • Understanding of sales pipeline management and sales operations goals and best practices
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or a related customer relationship management tool, database maintenance tables and Business Intelligence tools

Exxat is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst. In this role, you will assist the Director of Sales Operations with CRM management, sales process management, commissions, sales team performance reporting, as well as other ad-hoc projects. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to meet time sensitive deadlines. Qualified candidates will be self-starters with an entrepreneurial mindset. This role will be responsible for implementing best practices across the sales organization. Responsibilities

 POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Maintain high customer satisfaction with a primary focus on providing the best customer support

*Collaborate with the CSRs/Users and technical team for effective client onboarding and support

*Track, follow-up and ensure that the customer’s outstanding issues are resolved effectively and in a timely manner

Function: Product Support and Onboarding

POSITION OVERVIEW

 Job Purpose/ Accountability: To ensure timely delivery and quality of all the customer deliverables.

 MAJOR DELIVERABLES

  • Generate client specific reports using database
  • Resolving tickets received from clients within defined SLA
  • Coordinate with developers for the issues received in tickets to fix it for clients
  • Follow up with other teams on the issues which require code change and inform the clients accordingly
  • Coordinate with US team to get input on tickets and tasks
  • Setting up evaluation forms, based on the client requirements and guidelines.
  • Data downloading, cleaning, analysis and importing as per the client requirements
  • Prioritization and resolution of L1 & L2 tickets
  • Train the new team members, understand the process and provide the domain knowledge (Applicable only for Sr. Product Analyst)

• Ensure accurate and consistent review of documents that students upload, based on the guidelines given to us by individual schools. This must be done within 24-48 hours.

• Checking/Reviewing documents, related to health insurance, TB test or chest X-ray, Vaccination, Hepatitis B immunization, Blood Titer or chicken pox vaccination, influenza vaccinations, any other non-medical and site-specific documents etc. uploaded by students, before the start of their program and clinical rotations.

• Must have knowledge and understanding on medical immunizations to be able to approve these documents that are uploaded by students.

• The documents that are uploaded by the students can be medical or non-medical documents. Should be able to review all such documents that are required by school for students to upload.

• Should be able to review the documents in English and send a message to the students with details about the missing information. Must have good computer skills to review the documents online and mark them as approved or disapproved etc.

• Have a clear understanding on what the school requirements are to approve these documents, as student’s clinical rotations, depends on the accuracy of these documents.

• Responsible to send out weekly or monthly reminders to the students, for any pending or disapproved documents. We follow school criteria on sending out notifications.

• Communicate with your team lead on any documents that need special attention.

• Respond to query’s that the student will have for any disapproved documents or any document notes that have been made for a student’s document.

• Ensure that all the documents are reviewed and approved before the due date set by the school.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent is mandatory.
• Good English language skills (verbal and written).
• Must have good knowledge of medicines and nursing or life science terminologies.
• Must have good knowledge and understanding of vaccinations.
