A Business analyst role ensures that solutions offered by Exxat’s products meet business needs and requirements. A Business Analyst researches, analyzes, and gathers the requirements and works with various project team members in designing and executing/implementing the requirements. Business Analyst provides consulting inputs for the workflow of software products and also performs user acceptance tests, develops test cases, and conducts Business requirement validation of the Product.

In This Role You Would Be Required To

  1. Perform extensive research of product requirements for all domains catered to by Exxat.
  2. Research competitors and domains and be the voice of customers
  3. Influence small features and component deliverables/trade-offs. Influence sales, clients, support, and engineering team priorities.
  4. Contribute to the feature roadmap. Work with customers and the US product team to define/clarify product features and roadmap priority.
  5. Understand technologies within the product area and articulate technological requirements. Identify risks early on and ask the right technical questions.
  6. Impact client/customer experience, feature usability, success metrics (e.g., customer delight, efficiency, sales, ROI), and product-level business goals

POSITION OVERVIEW

 Job Purpose/ Accountability: To develop and Execute Test Cases to the needs and requirements as per the defined business.

 MAJOR DELIVERABLES

  • Conduct Requirement Analysis to understand requirements from end users perspective.
  • Conduct Impact Analysis to analyse the impact of new requirement on the existing product.
  • Design and create test scenarios and scripts to address business and technical use cases.

  • 3+ years of experience in software testing technologies like Selenium as well as Bug life cycle and Test case preparation

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education with 5+ year of working experience.
  • 2+ years in SDET/SDE role.
  • Ability to write quality code in at least one high level language like Java, C# etc. Computer Science fundamentals in OO design, data structure and algorithms. Experience of building test automation frameworks.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Passion for automation and quality. Solid knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with Demonstrated QA experience in an SDET or QAE role.
  • Experience with android/iOS devices test automation, from scoping requirements through actual launch.

The Director of Sales Operations reports to the executive leadership at Exxat. This position can work from the any remote location in United States. Supporting the leadership, the Director of Sales Operations plays a key management role by driving operational and strategic initiatives that support the delivery of the annual revenue plan. In collaboration with the sales leadership team, other division executives, and working closely with the CFO, the Director of Sales Operations delivers recurring reporting and analysis that improves revenue visibility, predictability and forecast accuracy for Exxat.

Responsibilities

  • Support the leadership with projects including data mining, data analysis, financial modeling, reporting and developing presentation materials.
  • Identifies and influences strategic improvement initiatives and serves as a representative or a project sponsor for operations group on projects. Develops, reviews and/or approves standard operating procedures as appropriate. Recommends and/or drives policy improvements.
  • Communicate to department heads such changes and modifications using appropriate communication tool(s)
  • Manage Sales Ops staffing, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and performance. Establish performance goals for each direct report
  • Drive annual strategic planning initiatives for sales org and support quota and comp plans development
  • Direct sales org process support/analysis initiatives (improve operational efficiencies and support revenue generation) to forecast and enable delivery of the annual plan revenue metrics

In this role, you will assist the Director of Sales Operations with CRM management, sales process management, commissions, sales team performance reporting, as well as other ad-hoc projects. The Sales Representative reports to the Director of Sales Operations at Exxat. This position can work from the any remote location in United States. Supporting the Director of Sales Operations, the sales

representative assists and supports customers in the transformation of learning. Sales representatives are responsible for creating effective and innovative sales solutions that address the issues and challenges facing institutions, instructors, and students today to meet necessary educational outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a quantifiable record of success with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals. A strong interest in digital media and applications to learning is a must. Successful sales representatives will have the opportunity to be promoted into sales management, marketing, editorial, digital solutions, and many other areas.

Responsibilities

  • Employ effective consultative techniques including pre-call planning and productive questioning strategies that lead to winning business.
  • Demonstrate superb organizational and follow-up abilities; maintain product knowledge around Pearson technologies, the educational industry, and factors influencing the market environment.
  • Deliver technology presentations to faculty.
  • Demonstrate teamwork through sharing of best practices and working with cross functional teams.
  • Implement company initiatives into sales territory.
  • Build strong partnerships with faculty members and senior university personnel.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience from four-year college or university required
  • A minimum of five years progressive business experience including demonstrated success in leadership
  • Demonstrated success working with and presenting to leadership
  • Prior sales support experience preferred

Skills and Abilities

  • Understanding of sales pipeline management and sales operations goals and best practices – including sales process and performance, planning and analysis, KPI tracking and sales productivity
  • The sales representative will have to quickly develop a deep understanding of Exxat’s product and become a solution expert
  • High achievement and proven track record for excelling in a fast-paced college and/or work environment.

 POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Maintain high customer satisfaction with a primary focus on providing the best customer support

*Interact with clients via phone, email, chat, proficiently and effectively to assist them with system functionalities

*Collaborate with the CSRs/Users and technical team for effective client onboarding and support

*Track, follow-up and ensure that the customer’s outstanding issues are resolved effectively and in a timely manner

*Coordinate support ticket prioritization, product enhancement

*Quickly identify when issues are more complex (and when there is a client escalation), gather appropriate information to triage to a senior member of the product analysis team to resolve and ensure effective communication with the client and resolution of the issue.

*Analyze user issues/requests, observe trends and data and come up with feasible solutions and ideas for process improvement and better client support. Liaise with other domain/hub coordinators for addressing and resolving common issues and explore best practices/long-term solutions.

*Prepare documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence and client escalations (RCA) for future reference purpose

*Have In-dept knowledge about the product (System Navigation), Domain (Allied healthcare), help desk software (Salesforce) and other related and required tools and system.

Function: Product Support and Onboarding

POSITION OVERVIEW

 Job Purpose/ Accountability: To ensure timely delivery and quality of all the customer deliverables.

 MAJOR DELIVERABLES

  • Generate client specific reports using database
  • Resolving tickets received from clients within defined SLA
  • Coordinate with developers for the issues received in tickets to fix it for clients
  • Follow up with other teams on the issues which require code change and inform the clients accordingly
  • Coordinate with US team to get input on tickets and tasks
  • Setting up evaluation forms, based on the client requirements and guidelines.
  • Data downloading, cleaning, analysis and importing as per the client requirements
  • Prioritization and resolution of L1 & L2 tickets
  • Train the new team members, understand the process and provide the domain knowledge (Applicable only for Sr. Product Analyst)
  • Analyze metrics to continually improve company products.
  • Analyzing product data to make product recommendations

• Ensure accurate and consistent review of documents that students upload, based on the guidelines given to us by individual schools. This must be done within 24-48 hours.

• Checking/Reviewing documents, related to health insurance, TB test or chest X-ray, Vaccination, Hepatitis B immunization, Blood Titer or chicken pox vaccination, influenza vaccinations, any other non-medical and site-specific documents etc. uploaded by students, before the start of their program and clinical rotations.

• Must have knowledge and understanding on medical immunizations to be able to approve these documents that are uploaded by students.

• The documents that are uploaded by the students can be medical or non-medical documents. Should be able to review all such documents that are required by school for students to upload.

• Should be able to review the documents in English and send a message to the students with details about the missing information. Must have good computer skills to review the documents online and mark them as approved or disapproved etc.

• Have a clear understanding on what the school requirements are to approve these documents, as student’s clinical rotations, depends on the accuracy of these documents.

• Responsible to send out weekly or monthly reminders to the students, for any pending or disapproved documents. We follow school criteria on sending out notifications.

• Communicate with your team lead on any documents that need special attention.

• Respond to query’s that the student will have for any disapproved documents or any document notes that have been made for a student’s document.

• Ensure that all the documents are reviewed and approved before the due date set by the school.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent is mandatory.
• Good English language skills (verbal and written).
• Must have good knowledge of medicines and nursing or life science terminologies.
• Must have good knowledge and understanding of vaccinations.
• Good computer knowledge is mandatory.
• Willing to work in night shift.
