Warren, NJ - October 17, 2023
Exxat, a leading provider of clinical and experiential education management solutions, recently concluded its Cohere 2023 user conference, a dynamic event that brought together over 200 experts in clinical education. Held on October 5-6 in Baltimore, Maryland, the conference, themed 'Innovating for Impact,' featured over 30 customer-led sessions, fostering cross-discipline collaboration.
The focused break-out sessions ranged from evaluation best practices and competency management to learning activities management and strategies for direct placements and group placements, amongst others.
"At Exxat, we’re committed to empowering the clinical education ecosystem to provide the best possible learning experiences for their students. We believe in the transformative power of education, and Cohere 2023 was a testament to that,” said Aarti Vaishnav, Founder & CEO at Exxat. “We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all of the participants and attendees for engaging in this dialogue on the future of clinical education."
One of the major highlights was the introduction of a solution designed to address the challenges that clinical sites are facing. Exxat’s Founder and CEO Aarti Vaishnav, alongside industry experts from clinical sites Upstream Rehabilitation, ATI Physical Therapy, and Physical Rehabilitation Network, spearheaded the session on this new development, emphasizing its pivotal role in bridging the gaps across the clinical education ecosystem.
The conference also featured the launch of Exxat's Student Mobile App, presented by Kunal Vaishnav, COO of Exxat, and co-presented with representatives from Creighton University and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, School of Nursing. This app empowers students by providing them with a seamless way to manage their clinical experience remotely and during clinical site visits. Students can easily access site rotation schedules, assignments, and learning activities, ensuring a productive and efficient learning experience.
In addition, Exxat unveiled its Preceptor Module, designed to streamline communication between programs and preceptors. This module simplifies access to clinical placement information, boosting the efficiency of preceptors and fostering a stronger preceptor-student relationship.
Exxat’s user conference enables healthcare education schools and clinical sites to come together, share insights, and shape the future of clinical education management.
