Exxat is proud to support organizations that work to empower underprivileged communities and make a difference in the society. These organizations are an integral part of the Exxat family and we are honored that our employees and clients wholeheartedly contribute to and embrace our initiatives.
The Exxat team is proud to support all aspects of health sciences education, including the students who are the future of healthcare. This year, we are awarding a scholarship in the amount of $1000 to four (4) students who exemplify excellence in Scholarly Productivity, Diversity and Inclusion, Leadership, and Care for Underserved Communities.
In November of 2017, 15 Exxat clients and 3 team members traveled to India. Partnering with many of Exxat's India team members, they provided needed medical services to the Anandwan Leprosy colony in Nagpur, the Apla Ghar orphanage in Pune and many of the surrounding rural villages.
Pathshala means ‘school’ in Sanskrit. At Exxat, we believe that education is the only sustainable way to uplift individuals and communities. Based on this philosophy, we started Exxat Pathshala on September 2018 in our Vadodara office. We provide a positive, learning environment to empower children from less privileged backgrounds by conducting classes on life skills, personal development and academic education.
Exxat has had a relationship with Apla Ghar orphanage and old age home from the very beginning. Apla Ghar, which translates to "Our Home" is just outside of Pune and a short trip from our offices. Exxat's India team members enjoy visiting and celebrating festivals here throughout the year with the residents here. We are proud to provide financial support on an ongoing basis and needed medical services through the Exxat Cares mission mentioned above.
Since January 2019, Exxat has had the privilege of partnering with The Wishing Factory – an organization founded to support young, underprivileged children living with thalassemia major. Whether granting the educational wishes of these children or conducting blood drives to raise awareness, we are proud of the support we offer.
